Problem: |
HH will not turn on |
Solution: |
1. Make sure that a charged battery is inserted into the Handheld. 2. Press the red colored POWER button on the hand held device. |
Problem: |
Handheld is not responding (Frozen) |
Solution: |
Perform a warm boot to un-freeze a non-responding HH. The warm boot WILL NOT cause any data loss. So if you were in the middle of an invoice and the HH froze-up on you; doing a warm boot will not result in any data loss.
Steps: 1. Take HH out of Cradle 2. Make sure HH is turned ON 3. Use the warm boot sequence for your HH model: •SC600: Press F1 + F4 •SC800: Press the RESET button located on the back of your HH |

Handheld will not communicate with the BOPC |
Solution: |
The steps below will help you re-establish a connection between your HH and the BOPC. It is not necessary to attempt all steps below. Stop once you have established a link between the HH and the BOPC. More: |
