If you see the message, "A Program Running On This Computer Is Trying To Display A Message" popup on your computer, please follow the steps below to resolve:

Click the start button at the bottom left corner. In the "Search programs" field, type services.msc and hit enter on the keyboard.
It will bring up a list of Microsoft service. Scroll through and find one called Interactive Services Detection and double click it.
Click the
stop button, then change the startup type to Disable.
