1) Is the HH turned on?
2) Take HH out of cradle and put it back in
3) Check all connections
USB to cradle and PC
Power cord to cradle and wall
Is there a second device (cell phone, etc.) connected to a different USB port on the PC?
If so, disconnect it from the PC
4) Reset HH
600: F1 + F4
800: Use stylus to press the tiny button on back to the right of the barcode next to the strap
Datalogic: Yellow + Blue + Esc
5) End ALL WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Center) Partnerships
Take HH OUT of cradle
End Partnerships in WMDC
Re-connect HH to cradle
Check battery cover on all SC models
