Solution to "RPC Server Is Unavailable" Printing Issue

Our technicians have identified the reason you are having trouble printing.

This is not an S2K related issue.  The issue is with your printer drivers on your local PC.

Reinstalling the printer drivers should solve your problem.  If you cannot do this yourself, you'll need a technician to do it for you.  If this does not resolve the issue, the technician should continue to investigate until you can print again.

As a workaround, you can still continue to print to a PDF, then print that file.
